acd77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Termination by acd77. acd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where acd77 determines in its reasonable judgment that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.

12.4 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
